Turn off system restore
Scan your computer
Turn system restore back on.
Sadly, you'll lose any restore points.

No idea, file names don't mean much really. Why do you think its something
bad? I'd try a different virus scanner (free online one at
http://housecall.antivirus.com) in case its a virus your current one cannot
pick up, and then i'd try a spyware scanner such as ad-aware or spybot
search & destroy.
