What you have is an incomplete removal of a virus. The chances are 99 to 1
that this file is ONLY a virus, and not a needed system or application file.

So--what you need to find is the line in an INI file or startup location in
the registry which references this file, and attempts to load it, resulting
    in the error message.

One relatively safe tool to look for this with is MSCONFIG (Start, Run,
    MSCONFIG).

See whether this is present in your version of Windows.

Avoid the BOOT.INI tab, which can be dangerous, but look in the startup tab
and see whether you can find a line referencing your critter. Just uncheck
it to eliminate the error message.

If you go for a period of time and find you aren't missing any
functionality, you can edit the registry to remove the line in question, but
do that very carefully--there is no undo, and it is quite possible to render
a system unbootable via registry changes.
