Help Klez Virus

I have just purchased Norton Internet security 2004. I
have tried to run but keep recieving an error message. I
have access the Symantec website which says i have a
variant of the W32.Klez virus - it then says to download
the virus remove tool - i cannot seem to download this
can anyone help?
