Hello,
You are correct.For as long as you have Kazaa on your
computer you will be prone to constant infestations.
It sounds to me like your only option is to get to a
clean computer and download a few apps that *might* help
you disinfect your P.C.
Download and save to floppy:
Stinger:

Disable system restore before attempting any virus
removal.Here's how:

Download HijackThis!,run it and post the log it generates
on any of the forums below for expert assistance in
removing all the infectors:

Ask about Spybot Search And Destroy while you are
there.Try to pick up some tips how to avoid
reinfection,too.
When your system is clean,head directly to Windows Update
and download ALL those marked as "Critical"
