vbs.redlof.a Virus HELP!!!!

My norton says that it is infected with the VBS.redlof.A
virus and it cant be fixed, deleted or quarentined. How
do I fix it?

Also, my internet browser has a bug, maybe the same
thing, that it always has pop ups. just started
happening a weekago, and they are the same pop ups.
