Hi Janice,

David is right in that this probably isn't a virus, but rather a standard
crash. To diagnose the problem, it would help to know the frequency of when
this happens, whether it typically happens under certain circumstances, and
also information about your system such as the operating system.

However, again, I don't think this is a virus.
