Hi Graham,
Next time, please try to provide more information about the problem you are
having, such as what antivirus program is detecting this, in what file, and
in what folder. If it is the Restore folder, see this document to disable
system restore:
http://vil.nai.com/vil/SystemHelpDocs/DisableSysRestore.htm
Then run a full scan of your system and delete files detected as that Trojan
Horse.
