trojan horse clicker h

my computer caught this virus and i don't know how to get
rid of it.
I heve been looking for a solution but it's quite hard to
find anything about this trojan on the net.
I disabled my system restore, restart my pc into safe
mode but when i tried to run my antivirus it didn't work.

My OS is WINDOWS XP PRO, an the antivirus i am using is
AVG 6.0 (free edition)

I really need some HELP!!!
