As a simple rule of thumb, if one knows a simple answer, then provide it
with a pointer to a more appropriate group for further discussion. If one
does not know a simple answer, then state such with the pointer. In no case
should anyone ever be told to go away. It would be better just ignore a post
and allow others to handle it with diplomacy.
