Thank you to all three experts that replied.
An answer to some of the questions that you asked.

OS - XP Pro - No Connections to the Internet - no updates done.
Session = Admin
Started from a "Scheduled dotBAT file" once a day in the quiet hours - no other
users.

Date Modified on the dotVBS file is 26 months ago.

Will try slowly building up from small two line program.

Any idea what the error Code means ?????
