how to Open notepad with a command-line argument

Hi there,

I am looking for a simple way to open notepad if i use the command-
line argument of /E

e.g. c:\wscript myvbscript.vbs /E

this would open notepad and if no command-line argument then it would
do something else.

I would greatly appreciate any help that is offered.
