I like to use VBSEdit. You can download it from www.vbsedit.com. It's
free. However, every time you use it in "free" mode, a message box
will pop up. It gets really annoying after a while. But it only
costs $30 to register it. It comes with lots of code snippets and
examples and intellisense.

When did the price go up to $49 USD?
