Modify printers to print Black & White

I have a dozen of print servers with hundreds of print queues.
I was asked to modify all of them to only print black & white.
Is there a way to modify it using a script?
I saw an atrubute in a WMI class, but it is read-only.
Is there a way to automate this task?
I wouldn't like to do it manually. It would take forever.
