Ok I solved this wierd issue,

The reason this class (Win32_PerfFormattedData_PerfDisk_PhysicalDisk)
didn't return any data is because it needs to run under administrative
priviledges.

Vista as everyone well knows tries to keep your logon permissions as
low as possible...


The question now is why doesnt this class run under a normal user...
.
