so what if windows were closed? my point is, what youre doing is novice and quite an ugly hack job. at a large corporation youd be fired. find a better way to do what you have to do

(1) Because I can't prevent a logoff initiated by Start > Logoff from
a script. I would have to write a program that waits for the logoff
event to be thrown and then make API calls to the OS to prevent logoff
from happening. I don't know how to program. I just started scripting
a month ago.
(2) Because logoff scripts run [b]after[ /b] all the windows have
closed.
