What is your EMail client? Do you own an EMail server?

If the machine that is doing the backups does not have a email client, you will want to check out a VBScript the opens uses SMTP to send the message.

But this requires that you have/know an open relay EMail server (An email server that is unsecure).

Is Outlook installed on the backup machine?
