the ones they want to send.
then your serverside vbscript (ASP) script could attach the documents and
send the email.

Actually I need to do it client-side. I can make the pdf documents
available to the local file system, but the person sending the email
needs to add on a bunch more information about the order and we need
it to come from their email address.

There should be no problem setting the "from" on the server to the address
of the person using the system...
