Changing Active Directory OU Structure with a VBScript

Hi all. I'm fairly new to VB Script and I love the ease of managing my
environment with scripts. This being said, I may be in over my head
on this one. I am an administrator for a hostesd services company,
which has about 35 customers. Each customer has their own domain on
our system and we do the managment of these domains. We are growing
very rappidly and getting too many domains to manage effectively. We
are soon implimenting MIIS, however, to do this we have to lock down a
more secure AD structure and populate it out to the domains.
Now, here is my quandry. It will take me weeks to go through each
domain and make the changes neccessary. I'm looking for help on a VB
script to run on each DC which will Create the new directory
structure, then move the users from the old structure to hte new one,
and then remove the old structure. I do not know scripting beyond the
basics yet, and would very much appriciate any help anyone could give
me on this.
