Wee fun fun fun. What does Netiquette say about flaming. If you are complaining about his newsreader, why. If you are complaining about the News server, again why.
Most people just use the software and servers as is. If you find that a particular software doesn't rise to the occasion, complain to the manufacturer of the software or server.

Read the usenet netiquette and understand the way usenet works.
Postings do not neccessarily arrive in time or synchronised,
and do not stay a minimum amound of time to be relied upon.
So many readers recent or at a later moment, cannot reconstruct the thread.
Even more important it is impolite not to heed the reasonable Netiquette of this ancient [compared to the web] means of interactive communication.
And sparce quoting improves the readability, because it shows exctly what the response is about.
