script to change citrix value

I am using Terminal Services along with Citrix. I have users that log in via
TCP/IP from their own local networks which are totally separate from my
network.
In the Citrix ICA Settings there is a client name field that is defined when
you install the software, and the value is stored in the registry. I would
like to run a script that will change the value of this field when a user
logs onto my system. I think the biggest problem would be the user of the
local PC may not have local PC administrative rights.
Possible?
Many thanks.
Jeff
