I am new to scripting and have seen script to remotely check all services status. I am wanting to check the status of a few servers, not all. Can anyone assist?I wrote a script to check the status of 30 of my key servers. After a few upgrades, it turned into a graphical status monitor, with optional sound. It is based off of some inner html code I found somewhere. I used SCList, which is a small program available from M$ (free to download). I have just tested it, and it appears that my early adoption of IE7 means that the script no longer works.
If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate it. I have played around allot with the security settings in IE, to no avail. I am currently running at a lower than low security setting for my intranet zone. I would also be very interest in help getting this into a HTA, or adding features (like sound on/off). I seem to have a great difficulty making HTA's, I gave up last year.
I would like to apologize for not posting this in-line, but I wanted to include the graphics ... because I like it ;-).
