Hi jw
Not entirely sure what to make of your enigmatic remark although I
think I can be certain it does not constitute a eulogy of my scripting
methods.
I know you don't like SendKeys from your previous posts.
But, hey, I'm just a beginner. I think it would be unreasonable to
expect me to go from knowing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about scripting to a
praiseworthy level of expertise in just a few weeks.
Although experts such as yourself are very wary of Sendkeys, it just
happens that they are encouragingly easy for a beginner to use.
I have written quite a number of small (but very useful to me) scripts
that rely heavily on SendKeys. As yet none of them have let me down.
Nevertheless, given the avalanche of warnings against them, I am always
on the lookout for opportunities to avoid their use.
So, if you have any tips to aid me in this quest, I really would love
to hear them.
Thanks and best wishes
Paul
cheers, jw
