I want to generated a self extracting exe with a password and data
encrypted and when must extract the data when the user provides the
password and decrypts the file encrypted.

Can you kindly share the code.

Not sure what you mean by "password and data encrypted".
A zip utility doesn't "encrypt" the password or the data.

I believe that you'll need this this utility (along with WinZip):

WinZip Self-Extractor 2.2
http://www.winzip.com/prodpagese.htm

WinZip Self-Extractor Single-User License -- $49.95

Easily create self-extracting (.exe) files from Zip files created by WinZip.
WinZip Self-Extractor is not an enhanced version of WinZip.
This product is a companion application for WinZip and does not include
WinZip

Then you can script the functionality you want.

(See my related post in microsoft.public.scripting.vbscript.)
