Signfile error 80004005

I have downloaded the Signfile sample from MSDN. I have generated a Code
Signing certificate from an enterprise root CA, so trusted and I have a
private key.

When the code reaches the Signer.SignFile method, the "Unspecified Error
80004005" is shown.

What could be the problem?
