It's trivial with javascript, and getting it that way in a Web page
which is otherwise VBscript is shown in <URL:http://www.merlyn.demon.co.
uk/vb-dates.htm#TZ>.
If you're using WSH, news:microsoft.public.scripting.wsh might have
better answwers.
