Add local user to Windows XP pro using vbscript

I need to add two users to a local machine, one a local administrator (MACHINE_NAME\username) and a domain user (THIS_DOMAIN\username) with administrative privs for both accounts (each with the same username)

Is there a way to use a script to do this????

I am getting tired of logging on to each machine (from 8 to 20) to get this done.

Thanks,

eric
