Need folder name to txt file help

I want to list my mp3 albums titles to a text file.
dir /ad /b /s>mp3.txt almost works except it displays a full path.
I'd rather not have to "cleanup" the results everytime i run it

My structure is typically
X:\MP3\Genre\Artist\Album

I'd like the display to show
Artist
Album title 1
Album title 2
Album title 3

Is this easy to do?
