Changing Default Gateway

Is it possible to change the default gateway in the TCP-IP settings, using
VB-script?
On my children's computer, I would like to have one account that has access
to the internet, the other account should have no access to the internet
(including MSN etc.).
When I change the default gateway into a value that doesn't comply with my
router, no interet connection will be established.
I want to automate this, in a start-up script for every user.
