I believe that the definition of the VBS/Psyme Trojan is: a script that
downloads a file from the internet and executes it or sends it somewhere
that it might be executed. If that is the definition that McAfee uses, then
you have written a virus with notepad.
I have a similar XMLHTTP tool. And I'd like to be able to tell McAfee to
just leave it alone. Splitting things up into separate files has tricked
McAfee into leaving my stuff alone. But my computer downloads McAfee
updates daily, so I never know when my trick will fail :-(
