Help Please - wierd error with RegExp

This line of code "suddenly" gave an error
set oRE= New RegExp
The error is "Library Not Registered".
I have checked that the version of WScript is reporting as 5.6 and the
IE is 6.0.2800.1106. Can anyone suggest what can cause the library to
be "lost", and how to restore it.
Please note that at the site some new versions of our applications have
been installed (not the script), but I am not sure how to detect what
has been "lost" that now stops this script working, nor how to restore
it. Any pointers would be gratefully received.
