Ed,
Let's do things in parts.
- What OS are you using to run the scripts?
- What version of wscript is installed?
- Why avoid using WMI? The problem with ping from the cmd is that it will
open the window while ping runs.
*I've never seen WSWatch but if you describe it a little maybe it can give
me an idea of what is needed.
My examples do not work together, they were separate examples. Try them to
see the functionality.
I'm willing to help, just let me know more.
