Read IP Address From Ipchicken.com Via Vbscript

Does anyone know how I can get my exteranl ip address? My DSL provider
assigns DHCP addresses every couple days so it makes it difficult to connect
back to my home systems since the ip address changes. It is not so bad if I
remember to check it before leaving for work, but that rarely happens. If I
had a script that would grab my routable ip address somehow and email it to
me at work that would make life much easier.

I was thinking that I do this with vbscript and read in the ip address from
a website like www.ipchicken.com and email it directly through an iis 5.0
mail server? Does that sound like a good plan?

Any help is appreciated.
