Hello,
I have about 400 pc's with the Novell Client 4.9 on them.
I need to uninstall the "Novell Client" and then install MS "Client Services
for Netware"
I have used a program called "snetcfg" to uninstall the protocols nw_nwlink,
nw_netb and the client with success, But using the same program I'm having
difficulties installing the MS Client Services
I have used the following :
snetcfg -v -l c:\windows\inf\netnwcli.inf -c c -i "pci\ven_10b7&dev_9201"
The results show that it has completed and does not display any errors.
The program appears to install the client software but does not bind it to
the network cards. (some times it shows up twice!) If I check the results
via the control->Network Connections, Right Click on the network card and
look at the display panel I do not see the Novell Client.
Has any one had any success in scripting a protocol installation with
SNETCFG or other tools?
Thanks in advance,
Justin
