How to script Group policy change

Hi,
Could someone share your idea about how to script group policy?
I want to add user or group to some keys in "Computer configuration" ->
"Windows settings" -> "Security settings" ->"Local policies"->"User
assignment". Is it possible to use vbscript or other tools to complete this
job? Since I have to do it for a bundle of michines.
