Ip address to dword conversion

how can i take the ip address 172.19.235.1 and write it to the registry in
reverse order in dword format...

i want to write a dword value to the registry key and it should appear as
01eb13ac i would assume since 172.19.235.0 in reverse order in dword in
registry appears as 00eb13ac
