Can anyone tell me where to start looking for information on writing a script
that will do the following:
1. Using list of hostnames (hosts.txt), scan the workstations for a file
(file.txt)
2. If the file is found, write hostname to file (found.txt)
3. If the file is not found, write hostname to file (notfound.txt)

My domain has 894 NT and 2000 workstations. My ultimate goal is to identify
whether or not MS04-028 was patched on these workstations by finding
c:\windows\inf\q833989.inf on the remote workstations. My current solutions
do not report this patch.

Any suggestions you can provide are appreciated.

Thank you,

Jeremy
