Looking for SNMP COM object

Hi gang,
 Does anyone know of an SNMP COM object (freeware please) that allows use of
a port other then the standard 161? I've been looking for a few weeks now,
and can't seem to find one - I'm hoping someone else out there did manage to
find it. Thanks!
