Delete Content of many folders withour deleting folders

Hello all. I have around 600 personal folders on a couple of files servers
at the school. I need to delete the content of these folders without
deleting the folders themselves. Basically returning the students folders
back to a clean state.

Does anyone know how I may accomplish this?
