Joe,
The OP can go to Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs>Windows Setup and select Windows Scripting Host from
the available options and when his disk is prompted for (providing he doesn't have the Cabs installed
locally), the WSH will be installed albiet an early 5.x version, but sufficient to let him start
scripting...
