RUNAS /? tells all...

Well, given that, as an account admin, I am not authorized to logon as users
let alone even know their passwords, I am unclear as to exactly what it is
you need to accomplish.

I don't get where the batch file is actually running. I understand you have
one batch file stored on a share, and that you would like to manage the
running of this batch file from a single workstation, but have its effects
take place on three remote workstations. Am I close?

Unfortunately, TS is not my forte, but I will give this a shot...
What do you mean by "assure user's remote logon..." - do you want to login
as if you were them, or do you want to avoid running your batch UNLESS they
are logged in?
Are the three remote computers workstations they will logon at, or are they
terminal servers that they will log into from other workstations?
Does this need to be done once per computer, once per user, once per logon,
or every time? Does it need to run with privileges? Will you run it as
various different users, or once as an admin user?
It seems like it might be something you could run from a logon script,
however the details you give are someone vague for someone not familiar with
your environment.
