As you can see from the other helpful replies it's not clear what you need.
For instance you can run a Perl script client-side if you have a Perl engine
installed, either directly with Windows Scrip Host or indirectly using the
shell.run method.
Or do you want to call a server-side script and if so does it receive
parameters and/or return any values?
