And as such, most don't know they can just press ENTER. Most people, at
least in my experience, don't make modifications to settings unless they're
real comfortable with a computer. Why wasn't this located under "Help for
Internet Explorer Users..."? That's completely rhetorical.

Something I forgot to expand on...

In Mozilla's effort to completely be different from IE, they call the
Address bar (IE) the Location bar (FF). However, in IE, it shows Address:
but there is nothing to identify Location: in FF. If you right-click on the
toolbars, location is not an option so why then call it something else? You
turn off the navigation bar and the "location" bar disappears, along with
other things. Am I missing another setting somewhere?

CTRL+click open new tab in the background. CTRL+SHIFT+click, new tab,
foreground. It's not documented in the search or the index. I was also
looking for tab, not new.

I know this only works on a link but it doesn't say that. I can CTRL+click
all day in the browser and nothing happens. I can even do it on the tab bar
and nothing. There also isn't a tab bar until there's two tabs so
double-clicking the tab bar is not possible unless the tab bar is viewable,
obviously.

Which would imply the others work even without links or links that were not
under the mouse pointer, but that's not correct.

I have a two button mouse. No middle button. Would this mean holding down
both would simulate middle?
