Well, yes, the page does contain this text:
"This is not a true Jscript or Javascript FAQ ... "
But it does continue:
" ... but parts of it may serve as a Date and Time FAQ for Javascript /
Jscript."
I think you should probably tolerate its being referred to as a FAQ. Of
course, that is up to you.
