2005 - BOL as CHM ?

Hi - I've recently installed 2005 and I would much prefer BOL etc in
the old format (CHM ?). Is this available anywhere ?

Failing that could anyone tell me :

1. How can I arrange it so that I never see anything else but the
internal help. I've tried turning off 'online' but the search function
still pulls in rubbish from all over the place (sorry I mean
non-Microsoft websites of dubious worth).

2. How can I get the tree of the document structure (in the left hand
panel) to synchronise to the current document ?
