backup with multiple files

    when I go to backup a database, and tell it to back up to one file, it
    creates a 200 Mb file in one location. If I click the "Add..." button
    and add another file, it splits it to the two different locations,
    each 100 Mb. Did it create two full backups (which is what I want),
    or do I now need both files to do a restore?
