sqlxml bulk load permission error

Hi,

I wrote a script which uses SQLXML bulk. All is fine when I have a
connection string with
    Integrated Security=SSPI
but when I put in explicit passwords, I get "error connecting to the data
source". I have tried with the administrator and the sa user.
