Sorry, the "unfriendly" error message is

ERROR: 500 Internal Server Error
HResult: 0x800401f3
Source: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server
Description: Failed to load library sqlxmlx.dll. Please make sure it is
properly installed and registered.

A bit more specific!
