How to add a server conn in business Intelligence Development Stud

Hi all,

I can add a remote server connection in SQL Management Studio. But it seems
that I cannot successfully add a remote server connection in SQL server
Business Intelligence Development Studio on my local computer.

In Intelligence Studio, in server explorer I click server -->add server and
type the server IP address and hit connect and then it gives me the message
"could not reconnect to "66" (which is part of the server IP), make sure that
the machine name and path are valid"

Does that mean I have to install Business Intelligence Development Studio on
the remote server in order to develop a SSIS package, it cannot be remotely
connected to a remote server through Business Intelligence on a local
machine? I just don't get it.

Can you shed light on me?

Thank you
