Table Changes

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

All,

Is there any way to track what tables are being changed by an application.
We have a third-party application that uses SQL server and for support
purpose, I would like to know what tables are being updated by certain
processes. Are there any free tools out there that can do that. Any help
would be appreciated.
