Nah, you do it! The tools team probably moan every time they hear

Alas, there is no indication that "no prompt on exit" is going to
materialise.

The problem is that it is a very odd behaviour for an editor. But it was
just right in QA, because QA is not an editor for me. I use QA for
ad hoc queries. Editing code I do from Textpad.

Overall, it appears that MS forgot about the DBAs when they brought
in Visual Studio.
